My coaching is here to support your journey not dictate it. I am known for my honest no BS advice but also for my flexible and adaptable approach. I am here to help you find the plan that fits you and your life, not make you change your life to fit the plan. That won’t stick, even if it is an improved version of what you’re currently doing.

If you don’t like a food… you don’t have to eat it. If you want to include wine… you can have it. My job is to help you find the balance of achieving your goals and living your life so the two things can exist together at the same time.

I won’t recommend supplements you don’t need, enforce cooking from scratch or suggest you buy ingredients that will cost you the earth. There will be changes and improvements to be made, It will be difficult in places at first, but the end goal is to make it feel easier than it ever has done before. So much so, that you can’t imagine ever reverting back to the way that you ate before.
